What to include

To help us understand the issue, please include your TitleFlow version, macOS version, Final Cut Pro version, a description of what happened, the result you expected, and steps that can reproduce the issue.

Screenshots and project files

Screenshots, FCPXML or FCPXMLD files, and short screen recordings can be helpful, but are optional. Before sending them, please remove personal, confidential, or unrelated project information.

Response

We will review support messages and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Response time may vary depending on the nature of the request.
