Information you choose to provide
If you contact Prester Labs for support or to report an issue, you may voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, macOS version, TitleFlow version, Final Cut Pro version, screenshots, FCPXML files, or other diagnostic materials. Please remove any sensitive or unrelated information before sending files.
How this information is used
Information you voluntarily provide is used only to respond to your request, diagnose the reported issue, and improve TitleFlow’s functionality, stability, workflow quality, and user experience. It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or user tracking, and it is not sold or used for unrelated purposes.
Sharing
Prester Labs does not sell or share voluntarily provided information with third parties, except when required by applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Support correspondence and related materials are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request and improve TitleFlow. You may request deletion of information you provided by contacting presterlabs@gmail.com.
Website and YouTube
The TitleFlow website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The demo video is provided through YouTube. YouTube content is loaded only after you choose to play the video, and Google may process information according to its own privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if TitleFlow’s data practices or features change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
